It is the original SJCAM SJ4000 AIR. From the SJCAM brand. Contains SJCAM security code. Contains the SJCAM serial number.
2. How long will this camera be delivered?
We will choose the best transportation method. Sent from China. Usually postal delivery is 15-30 days. Remote countries need 60 days at the latest. Brazil needs 120 days at the latest.
3. Is there a warehouse in Europe?
We opened local warehouses in Moscow and Spain. Spanish warehouses can be sent to other European countries. Delivered by GLS Express, the delivery time is usually 5-7 days.
4. Does the standard include a battery?
The battery is included as standard. Please read the fifth and sixth pictures of our main picture. You will understand them.
5. Does the camera support the warranty?
This camera supports a one-year warranty. Just a camera warranty. Accessories and batteries are not warranted. You need to send the camera to us.
1. 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
