1. What is the difference between 80KW and 100KW?

80kw means the loading capacity is 80,000 watt, to put it simply, all appliances in using at your home do not exceed 80,000watt, that is ok. and for 100KW, means the loading capacity is 100,000watt, if you have many appliaces,we suggest to use bigger one.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
